What is new and good?
Samsung Galaxy book 2 is two in one detachable laptop. Technically a laptop, but Galaxy book 2 works more like a tablet. Galaxy book met with harsh reviews from users mainly due to its limited options. The laptop’s design was not great for traveling. Galaxy book 2 made significant improvement with the design. The display screen can be easily adjusted for the best view. Galaxy 2 is probably the best laptop to travel with.
Not just display Samsung Galaxy book 2 also has great sound for a laptop. Most laptop users have to attach a speaker for the best sound, Samsung Galaxy book 2 does not have that problem. Good news for people who travel with their laptop. You can use Dolby Atmos processing for the best performance. There is a headphone jack, in case you want privacy. On the left side of the laptop, you will find a microSD card tray; a SIM card is already in there.
We did not come to the best part of Samsung Galaxy book 2 yet. As we already mentioned earlier, this is a laptop meant to be used by the people who travel for work. Samsung Galaxy book 2 offers great battery life. You can just give it one full charge and you are good for one trip. The laptop does not go in sleep mode; you do not need to reboot the laptop. Just shut down the laptop when you are done and then restart it when you need to. The tablet will use your LTE connection when you are outside; it will also connect you to Wi-Fi easily if you know the password. This is what you want from a laptop while traveling.
It is a touch screen laptop, as mentioned the users will feel like they are using a tablet with all the features of a laptop. The keyboard is super easy to use. Even if you have never ever used a touchscreen laptop, you will face no problem here. The features are very simple and the laptop is very fast.
What is not so good?
Even though Samsung Galaxy book 2 left us very impressed with its new and improved design and battery life, we have to admit the laptop comes with some flaws.
First of all the price of Samsung Galaxy book 2 is very high, and not everyone can afford this laptop. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home S mode, which is good for battery life but not for downloading apps or software. You can only use Microsoft edge for the browser, so Google Chrome or Firefox users have to compromise. You also cannot download a lot of popular Apps that you usually use. There is another minor issue; the display is not great for natural daylight.
So, here we go Samsung Galaxy book 2 has both advantages and disadvantages. If you can afford the price and you are always on the move, then this is probably the best laptop for you. Battery life matters and let’s face it too many Apps and browsers slow down the laptop, so most office workers or freelancers prefer to keep the system clean as much as possible.
