Action star-turned-politcal activist Arnold Schwarzenegger has announced that he’ll be stepping away from politics once his second and final term as Governor of California comes to an end at the end of next year.
The Austrian-bon Republican recently hinted at another possible
political run when he challenged America’s rules on the nationality of
those who seek election as President, but Schwarzenegger insists he
won’t seek another public office once he exits the Governor’s Mansion
in Sacramento.
“I have never labeled myself as a politician, so I am not going to run for anything else,” he said this week.
Since taking office in 2003, Schwarzenegger has largely suspended his movie
career, but he is currentlyy attached to star in Sylvester Stallone’s
The Expendables, which also stars Bruce Willis and Terry Crews.
