Taraja Ramsess, a stuntman known for his work in “Black Panther” and “Avengers: Endgame,” has perished in a tragic vehicular accident that also claimed the lives of three of his children, one of whom was an infant only eight weeks old.
On the night of October 31st, Ramsess was navigating a pickup truck on a Georgia interstate in DeKalb County with his five children when they encountered a tragic event. Their vehicle swerved onto an exit ramp and violently crashed into a tractor-trailer, resulting in the death of Ramsess and three of his children.
The authorities are currently examining the specifics of the crash.
Reports from WSB-TV News indicate that at the crash site, Ramsess, along with two of his daughters, one aged 13 and the other an infant, were found to have succumbed to their injuries. His 10-year-old son was initially on life support but later joined his siblings and father in death.
His mother, Akilli, confirmed the heartbreaking news on social media. She shared a poignant message on Instagram expressing that Ramsess, her son, together with his daughters Sundari, the 13-year-old, and Fujibo, the infant, had been involved in a devastating accident the night before. She conveyed the heartbreak of losing them and reflected on the souls that would be dearly missed.
In an additional Instagram post, Akilli paid tribute to her son and granddaughters, describing her son Taraja’s character and the devastating loss of Sundari and Fujibo. Despite the tragedy, she shared some relief as she mentioned that one of her granddaughters, three-year-old Shazia, had survived the incident with minor injuries and was recuperating in the hospital.
Akilli also reflected on Ramsess’s life achievements and the enduring impact he leaves behind. She celebrated his profound ability to love, particularly his immense love for his children, his passion for martial arts and motorcycles, as well as his dedication to the art of filmmaking.
