Even though he’s behind bars, T.I. is already facing more legal trouble.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, a man who claims he was held hostage and beaten by one of the Tip’s associates on September 8 is filing a lawsuit against the rap superstar. Although T.I. was not there, the alleged victim, studio engineer Norris Gresham, is still seeking to hold him responsible for the incident, which took place at the rap star’s own Echo Studios. Gresham claims that the T.I.P. was sent information and updates on the situation, including texts, e-mails, and video and failed to intervene.
