It all began with Mila appearing in the Armchair Expert podcast hosted by Dax Shepard and Monica Padman. The actress admitted, and she and her husband don’t shower their kind every day. As most fans know, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have two kids.
Mila shared their family’s bathing habits after Padman argued against washing with soap every day, which removed the natural oils from the skin. According to the female host, you shouldn’t take off the skin’s natural oils daily.
After that comment, Mila shared that she believes the same thing. The actress pointed out that it’s the reason why she doesn’t shower with soap every day, although she washes some parts of her body daily.
As for Ashton Kutcher, he has the same washing habits as his wife. Right now, fans are wondering if it’s the secret to a long, happy marriage.
When they were asked how ‘not washing’ became their washing habit, Mila replied that it began as a pure circumstance when she was still a kid. They didn’t have hot water growing up, so she didn’t shower very often.
When the actress had her kids, Mila revealed that the same ‘not showering every day’ habit continued. She wasn’t the kind of parent who bathes her newborns daily, she said.
Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher jokingly added that their showering or washing-up principle is to clean it if it’s dirty. Otherwise, they don’t see a lot of point in taking a shower.
