Hilary Duff and her boyfriend Matthew Koma welcomed their baby girl on October 25. The new parents shared the news with their fans through social media.
They have named their baby – Banks Violet Bair. Sharing a picture of them along with their baby they wrote they were thrilled to have their little bundle of joy and this moment nothing less than magical for them.
Matthew is overwhelmed to welcome their little baby and is enjoying every moment with his now growing family. After Hilary had referred Matthew in as ‘dad’ in one of the posts he had uploaded a short video of baby feet on his Instagram account on October 29.
Hilary already has a son with Mike Comrie, Hilary’s ex-husband. Her son Luca is six years old. But baby Banks is the first child for Matthew.
The couple first announced the news of their baby in the month of June on Instagram. Hilary uploaded a picture of her baby bump for the first time.
Since then Hilary had always posted about her pregnancy updates. Her last picture was posted on October 23 in which she was looking at her bare belly and expecting her baby to be a part of their lives soon.
She used cute captions for her photos – “Yo… your hotel stay is up little girl”!
The actual date of delivery was not clear, but she did inform her fans that she ate a special salad which is known to induce labor. She even uploaded a picture of her eating the greens which included – watercress, romaine lettuce, Gorgonzola cheese, and walnuts with balsamic vinaigrette.
While the couple is celebrating the arrival of their baby, they also revealed they would have a wedding ceremony, but it doesn’t seem to be quite necessary right now because for them they already feel they are married.
