According to press, Judge John Ouderkirk will be in authority during Brad Pitt and Angeline Jolie’s divorce battle. The former celebrity couple is dealing with issues related to visitation and child support after actress Angelina Jolie filed divorce papers back in September 2018. As per the sources, Brad and Angelina will go on a trial in December within the authority of Ouderkirk. The proceeding will be kept private as they don’t want any involvement of press in their private life.
It was Judge Ouderkirk who had tied the knot of the couple back in August 2014 at Chateau Miraval in France. John is assisting the celebrity couple since the starting of divorce proceedings and trying to fix their relationship with their children. According to one of the news agency in June, Ouderkirk had ordered actress Angelina Jolie to assist Brad Pitt so that he could spend quality time with his children.
Judge John Ouderkirk further stated that the couple’s children share an equal bond with their mother and father which is a sign of a healthy relationship. Contrary to John’s statement, the representative of Angelina Jolie started that the statement is leading the case in the wrong direction. Jolie’s representative told to one of the reputed celebrity news portals that someone is trying to leak the reports from the courthouse. The representative further made allegations that the reports are manipulated into false statements and are presented to the public which is utterly deplorable.
In August 2018, actress Angelina Jolie accused her ex-husband for not paying a considerable amount of child support money since the past one and half year. In response to Jolie’s allegations, Brad Pitt’s lawyer filed a response in the court. The report which was filed by Pitt’s lawyer within twenty-four hours read that the actor has paid Angelina a hefty sum of $ 9 million for child support since their separation.
